This debut from New York based (UK born/bred) band Alberta Cross carries all the weight of their heavy and layered sound of their live show. Initially the omission of “Lucy Rider” and a few other favorites from their early EP, ‘The Thief and the Heartbreaker’, was erking but with a few listens it’s apparent this record stands alone and only makes those early favs more exclusive.
