Right off, these Icelandic Shoegazers have uncanny similarities to bands like The Dandy Warhols, The Black Angels, BRMC and newcomers The Black Ryder, which is in no way a bad thing.  I could listen to a million bands with their brilliant knack for melody, nonchalant approach to vocals and breezy Psychedelic soul.  Singapore Sling like to take an even mellower approach to Shoegaze, their songs are slow strolls down dusty roads with an ever present calm-before-the-storm feeling.

‘Godman’ is like a nod to the golden era of The Dandy’s, with added swirling guitars to spin a Psychedelic web of delights.
